Mutko met with Boris Dubrovski

Dubrovski underlined that, within the framework of the federal program aimed at development of physical activities and sport in years 2006-2015, many sports facilities have already been built in the region, especially indoor hockey rinks, which was met with enthusiasm by the citizens of Chelyabinsk Oblast.

Dubrovski said: ‘This program is very important for our ‘hockey’ region. Nine players of the golden team in Minsk are Chelyabinsk hockey school alumni. Besides, we also consider head coach Oleg Znarok to be Chelyabinsk’s own. As far as preparation for the 2018 U20 World Championship is concerned, we asked Minister Mutko to lend support in building two hockey rinks in Chelyabinsk and Magnitogorsk, and he gladly approved’.
