Vladimir Antipin named new team supervisor for Traktor

- Vladimir Antipin is the last person in the string of executive appointments. Antipin has experience in the field of scouting. Back when he worked in Novosibirsk, his responsibility was working with young players. Traktor club system has branches like Belye Medvedi and Chelmet where players have enormous potential that needs to be scouted. I am sure our scouting team will work to perfect the roster of Traktor and, consequently, the results of the team, says Ivan Senichev, Head of Supervisory Board.

Sergei Gomolyako, First Vice President of Traktor, also weighed in on this appointment.

- I know Vladimir pretty well. Back in 90s Antipin and I won the Russian Superleague as part of one team. On the ice, Antipin always gave it their all, and he proved it in every level, whether it be national championship, world championship or the Olympics. A man with so much experience is what Traktor needs right now. No doubt he will be of much use for the team and will help optimizing the cooperation between three branches of the team’s system.
