Andrei Kostitsyn put on waivers draft

Within the next 48 hours any team in the league has a chance to sign Kostitsyn. To do this, said team should notify the league about their desire to offer Andrei a contract. If none of the teams is willing to sign Kostitsyn, he is automatically sent to respective VHL team (in this case – to Chelmet).
