During the 2012/2013 season Marat Fakhrutdinov, along with Pavel Kopytin, became the best VHL goalscorer with 25 goals. That year, he played 52 games in Dynamo Balashikha, scored 25 goals and gave 18 assists (43 points total). During this season Marat signed with Lada where he played 13 games, scored 2 goals and gave 1 assist (3 points total).

- Marat Fakhrutdinov has experience in KHL. This forward is a Dynamo Moscow hockey school alum, a great hockey school. We will have to see how he does in the next few games. We are hoping that Marat will be of help for Traktor. Believe me, we don’t just sign players randomly, we take specific ones for specific positions, and after that it’s all in their hands to impress the coaching staff.
