- Tonight was a great game. It’s awesome that we were able to win because after two straight losses we wanted to redeem ourselves in front of the home crowd. Plus, we lost two previous games against Lada, so we wanted to get revenge on them too.

Has the team managed to find the solution against Lada?
Yes. We analyzed the mistakes, paying attention to the manner of play of Ilya Yezhov. It’s great that we scored him three times tonight, which was enough for the victory.

Traktor had only penalty in the third twenty. Is the penalties problem finally going away?
I don’t think it’s fair to judge based on one period, but the overall amount of penalties was smaller tonight. Before the last break we were told by our coaching staff to focus on the defense and get as few penalties as possible, and we followed that plan.
