Traktor-1998 played
an immensely tough matchup against CSKA, one of the favorites of the final
round. Vitali Abramov scored a game-winning goal to give the black-and-white an
OT victory (3:2) OT. Therefore, Traktor takes the lead in Group A. Tomorrow
morning Traktor will collide against a storied rival, Vityaz.

Traktor-2000 had a terrible
start against Ak Bars, having allowed two goals at the top of the first period.
The black-and-white managed to tie it up in the middle of the final twenty.
Eventually, Traktor managed to grab a shootout victory via a winning shot by
Grigori Nesvetayev.
