Each team will face each one time. If two teams get equal amount of points, the
one that showed better result in a head-to-head game ranks higher. If more than
two teams get equal amount of points, the one that has better goal differential
among those teams, or among all teams in the tournament, or the most victories,
or the most goals scored.
