Igor Znarok to be part of U18 Team Russia coaching staff

- It may be for the better that we are going to have to start anew. The boys should be extra motivated for this one, as if they need to be extra motivated. It is already clear that they have started to treat the preparation process in a more serious manner. Everyone understands why they are going to this World Championship. We played several games in the States back in February, therefore, there should not be any problems regarding the visas. Plus, we are used to playing on smaller rinks, too.

The 2016 U18 World Championship will be taking place in Grand Forks, ND, from April 14 to 24.

Besides Znarok, representing Traktor will be Andrei Grishakov, forward of Traktor-1999, and Vitali Abramov of Gatineau Olympique (QMJHL).
