In memory of Valeri Belousov
Friends, colleagues, former players, Traktor management and current coaching staff gathered for viewing the movie. Maxim Yakutsenya, Alexander Shinin, Vyacheslav Osnovin, and Yugra goaltender, Traktor alum Vyacheslav Fokin participated as well.
The movie is devoted to the life and career of Valeri Belousov, a true legend of Chelyabinsk hockey. Among those who shared their opinions on the Maitre are: Anatoli Kartayev, Gennadi Tsygurov, Zinetula Bilyaletdinov, Vladimir Krikunov, Ravil Gusmanov, Sergei Makarov, Sergei Gomolyako, Sergei Babinov, Sergei Gimayev, Maxim Sushinsky, Maxim Yakutsenya, Deron Quint and many others.
Mark Vinnitsky, former Traktor CEO, friend of Valeri Belousov:
– I think his most important quality was his respect to his players and the work they did on the ice. He was capable of finding chemistry among players so that they could show their skills in the most efficient manner possible. To all young Traktor players out there, I would like to quote Maitre: "Do not try to outsmart hockey”.
Ravil Gusmanov, Traktor assistant coach:
– Valeri Konstantinovich not only taught us how to score goals – he taught us how to interact with our peers and with other people in general. He would always say that there are no victories without the team spirit. Belousov was a true psychologist; he was able to approach every player in an individual manner. I am happy and proud to have worked with him as a player and a coach. We are going to try and inculcate the winning spirit to Traktor, just like Mr. Belousov did. Valeri Konstantinovich will be eternally missed.

– Great movie! I enjoyed it a lot, although it is very emotion-heavy. Valeri Konstantinovich had an innate ability to approach each player individually. When he arrived, it was clear from the start that we are in for bigger and better things.
