Opinion

Sergey Gomolyako, Traktor’s Vice President on Hockey Operations:

Birner’s departure to the national team is quite unexpected. This is a serious blow to our roster. On the other hand, to represent one’s national team, especially at a tournament of this magnitude, is an honor and a privilege for any hockey player. On behalf of Traktor, I would like to wish Michal best of luck.
