Belov penalty scratched
Pursuant
to clause 540a (‘Illegal Check to the Head’) of the KHL Hockey Rules 2016/2017,
the decision has been made to annul the penalty received by Nikolay Belov for an
alleged illegal check to the head at 44.41 mark of the hockey game between
Traktor Chelyabinsk and Dinamo Minsk that took place on September 12, 2016.
