- I’m full of emotions right now. The game was much more interesting and fast-paced than I got used to. There’s a lot of work for me to do to get on this level.
When did you stop being nervous?

How did you like playing with Chernikov and Petrov?
I was afraid of them first – they demand a lot from their partners (smiles) – but as the game was getting along, everything went fine. I want to thank them for their support as well.
During the first period, you delivered a great pass to Alexander Chernikov who was almost all alone against Koshechkin. Were you thinking about maybe collecting your first career point in KHL?
Honestly, no, I was not – I was praying for the pass to get through and not get cut off.
After tonight’s win, Traktor guaranteed home ice advantage for the first round of playoffs.
Yes, and this is very important because it is easier to start the postseason at home and have the great fans like ours to cheer us on. I think it will give us a boost of confidence.
