Ilya Karpukhin named to the national team

 Coaching staff of the national team has announced the team roster for the 2019 Deutschland Cup. The tournament will take place in Krefeld, Germany. Team Russia is to face Germany, Slovakia and Switzerland. The coaching staff of the team Russia includes head coach Oleg Bartash, assistant coaches Konstantin Gorovikov and Vladimir Malakov as well as goalie coach Nikolai Khabibulin.

Karpukhin has 7(1+6) points in 25 games and averages 20:36 of ice time with the Traktor this season.
