The Traktor team recorded a win over Torpedo, 4-0. The head coached of teams Vladimir Yurzinov and David Nemirovsky commented on the game results.
Head coach of the Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod David Nemirovsky:
I would like to congratulate the Traktor team on the win, they deserved it. They were in high spirits from the first minutes of the game, well played with the puck, and we were struggling. The most important for us now is to get back into shape. We have one more road game to play, it`ll be against Avtomobilist Ekaterinburg. We need to get ready for the next game.
Head coach of the Traktor Chelyabinsk Vladimir Yurzinov:
The players had a very good first period, they played according to the task. They failed a bit the second, and the third one was great again. And I would like to thank the goaltender Vladislav Sukhachyov. There were some difficult moments but he helped us.
Today fans have had a chance to see one of their favorite lines Kruchinin-Sharov-Kravtsov. What is your opinion on their play?
Vladimir Yurzinov:
I have heard a lot but I have seen today for the first time. There are some moments when we were overflowing a bit. I think that they have pozitive emotions from the game. Of course, all of us have a lot of work to do. It is just one win that means a lot psychologically. We need to get ready for every game.
David, were you surprised by the Traktor`s offensive game?
David Nemirovsky: Yes, it was obvious from the very first face-off, that they were moving forward, defensemen supported the offense. They outplayed, they scored.
Today Sukhachyov has played really well. How did you choose the starting goalie?
Vladimir Yurzinov:
We have to change some things for the team to win. We had a row of losses and it is clear that we had to have a look at new players too, to give them a chance and rate their work after. We need to improve play of the whole team. We try to do this where we can. Sukhachyov did a good job, we have given him a chance and he has used it today.
