Traktor re-sign forward Artyom Mikheyev to contract extension

 Traktor Ice Hockey Club signed forward Artyom Mikheyev to 2-year contract extension.

 Artyom Mikheyev joined the Traktor organization in the 2019/20 season as result of the trade between Ak Bars and Traktor teams. For Traktor the forward recorded 3 (2+1) points in 9 games with +3 +/- rating.

Atyom Mikheyev:
"I`m glad that I was offered a new contract and I`m glat to stay. Here, in the organization and in Chelyabinsk, I`m happy with everything. After coming here I felt support from the coaching staff and I knew that they relied on me, I always tried to prove that I worthed that trust and I tried to help the team. Unfortunately, I got injured and it prevented me from playing till the end of the season. Now I feel fine and work in full, I prepare for the next season." 

 In 2018/19 and 2019/20 VHL season Mikheyev played for Bars Karan 29 games with 36 (10+26) points.

The forward made his KHL debut in the 2015/16 season for Ak Bars, he recorded 2 (1+1) points in 17 KHL games, then Mikheyev played for Metallurg Novokuznetsk and collected 10 (3+7) points in 53 games, for Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk in 2017/18 the forward tailled 6 (2+4) in 30 games and then returned to Kazan and got 11 (7+4) points in 44 games in 2018/19.
