Igor Khatsei passed away
Khatsei was 48 years old.
The defenseman played three seasons for Traktor Chelyabinsk and also played for Mechel Chelyabinsk, Avangard Omsk, Amur Khabarovsk and Spartak Moscow. After retirement Igor Khatsei began coaching career,
