Traktor actively began the game. The home team managed to get a powerplay opportunity yet it didn't result in a goal. When Dynamo Moscow had the same opportunity in the end of the first period it was capitalized thanks to Ivan Skorenov.

In the second period Traktor was more active. Nikita Tertyshny got a pass from Vladimir Tkachyov and scored a goal. In the middle of the period Maxim Shabanov scored a powerplay goal to help Traktor take the lead in the game.



In the third period Traktor concentrated on defense, Kirill Ustimenko made a few important saves. Dynamo tried to unlock Traktor`s defense but it didn't work.
