"I had a chance to visit the holy place of the arena" | Young artist visited practice of the team
Ivan has been a fan of the Traktor Chelyabinsk for seven years already and created portrait drawings of the players.
One of the Traktor Chelyabinsk`s fans` dream came true on March 31. Ivan Pugovkin visited the practice of the team and the locker room. He is 16 and studies at school and has been a big fan of the team for 7 years visiting all the home games. Ivan has a hobby, he draws portraits of the players and they turn out to be really good. Among his works are portraits of the Traktor`s former players Lukas Sedlak, Pontus Aberg, Roman Will, Vyacheslav Leshchenko and many others. Ivan also draws portraits of the present players such as Pyotr Khokhryakov, Andrei Stas, Albert Yarullin, Alexei Byvaltsev, Vladimir Tkachyov, Sergei Telegin, Teemu Pulkkinen, Anton Burdasov, Kirill Kapustin and Nikita Soshnikov. On the last day of March he had a chance to present the players with his works.
Ivan Pugovkin:
– I started drawing in 2020, during the COVID pandemic. I learnt everything by myself, I didn't watch any video, didn't take any lessons either. I just draw players. Today I had a chance to visit the Traktor Arena to watch the team practicing, the guys invited me to the locker room. It is a great experience, I am really happy to visit the holy place of the Arena. I always wanted to meet the players, to have a little chat with them. I am happy that my dream came true.
