Vladimir Krechin: Gagarin Cup Finals will be off the hook!

– I would like to congratulate all of Traktor fans out there. I would also like to thank all of those who have contributed to this success – our Governor who provided perfect conditions for building a great team; our coaching staff headed by Valery Konstantinovich Belousov; and of course the players themselves.
The whole country followed our series, having high expectations from it, and both teams delivered. I can’t say how proud we are of Traktor. This season is the season of discoveries – today everyone knows the likes of Valery Nichushkin and Maksim Karpov.
I am very happy that Vladimir Antipov and Andrey Kostitsyn scored the most important goals of this series; Andrey couldn’t quite get going in the playoffs, but I think now he will definitely score in the finals. And of course my special congratulations and thanks go to our Brick Wall – Michael Garnett – who is having the best season of his career.
The finals will be off the chart, trust me on that! I’m feeling stoked! It’s great to know that your team is writing history before your very eyes.
