I would like to thank my players; they followed the game plan and got the win. I would also like to thank our fans who traveled to Chelyabinsk to support us.

Valery Belousov, Traktor’s head coach:
Congratulations to our opponents. We had many scoring chances, but the puck just would not go into the net. We created a lot of chances that would be enough for two or three games, but alas – no goal. One thing though – why Moscow referees officiate in Chelyabinsk? Don’t we have other referees? I’m not against it though, just saying.

Question to Znarok: Were the changes made to Dynamo’s line-up made due to performance issues or injuries?
Znarok: The former.

Question to both coaches: Do both teams have doping control?
Belousov: We do, after every game.
