Stanislav Mosharov: Traktor’s hockey is currently the best in Russia
- According to this season’s results in all age groups, Traktor’ is the
best hockey school in Russia today. Three years ago we set a clear-cut to goal
to create a strict system: midget team-junior team-U21 team-Major Hockey
League-KHL and I think we accomplished just that. Traktor advanced to the final
stages of Russian championships in every age group, collecting two golds. Plus,
Traktor’s overall results were better than any other team’s.
Unfortunately, there is a negative tendency – scouts from other teams lure our boys away, and legally we can’t do anything about it. Their methods are simple – scouts contact boys’ parents and make them an offer they can’t refuse: no accommodation fee, good job positions for the parents etc. And again, we cannot legally protect our young players from things like these.
