Roman Will signed to contract extension

The goaltender will play till the end of the 2023/2024 season.

Roman Will joined the Traktor Chelyabinsk prior to the 2020-2021 season and was signed to a one-way two-year deal. The goaltender played 78 games and won 38 of them. His %SVS is 92,4, GAA is 2,23 and he has six shutouts and 5 assists.

Last season the Czech goalie recorded 9 games for the national team, including 3 at the World Championship. This season the 29-year old netminder was called up to the national team to take part at the Channel One Cup and played one game there. Recently it has been announced that Will is going to join the national team for the 2022 Winter Olympics that will take place in Beijing, China.

This season Roman Will was named the best goaltender of the 16th KHL Week. For the moment he is in Top-5 goaltenders of the KHL in %SVS.
