Andrei Chibisov is the first signing of 2023 offseason

The forward has been signed to one-year deal.

Andrei Chibisov is a product of the Shakhter Prokopyevsk. On the VHL level the forward played for such teams as the Rubin Tyumen and later played in the KHL for the Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk, the Ak Bars Kazan and the Metallurg Magnitogorsk. In the 2019/2020 season the forward played in the Winnipeg Jets system and later came back to Metallurg. Last year Chibisov won silver medal of the Olympic Games with the national team of Russia, the player recorded one goal in 6 games of the tournament in Beijing. Overall, the forward recorded 6 (2+4) points in 19 games for the national team. As of KHL achievements, Andrei Chibisov won KHL silver medals with the Metallurg Magnitogorsk in 2021/2022 season.
