The following specialists will be on the coaching staff of the Traktor Chelyabinsk:

Valery Kulibaba is a Latvian hockey professional with 14 years of experience. The assistant coach worked with the Metallurg Liepaja (Latvia), U18 national team of Latvia, the Baltica Vilnius (MHL B), the Platina Chisinau (MHL B), the Jurmala HASC (Latvia), the Yunior-Sputnik Nizhny Tagil (Russia 3), the Zemgale Jelgava (Latvia) and HC Riga of the MHL. In the 2021/2022 Kulibaba was an assistant coach and later the interim head coach of the KHL Dinamo Riga.
Alexander Makritsky is a merited Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus. In the KHL Makritsky worked as an assistant coach for the Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, the Sibir Novosibirsk, the Dinamo Minsk. With the Yunost Minsk of Belarussian league the coach won the championship. In the Kazakhstan championship he coached the Saryarka Karaganda. Last season the coach worked for the Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk of the VHL and won the regular season with the team.
Peter Skrabelj is a goaltending coach from Slovenia. In Europe Skrabelj worked with such teams as the Olimpija Ljubljana (EBEL), the HK Slavija Junior U20 (EBYSL), the Medvescak Zagreb (EBEL), the HDD Jesenice (AlpsHL), the Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia) and with the U18 and U20 national teams of Slovenia. With the U20 national team the coach won bronze medal of the U20 World Junior Championship D1B in 2017 and with the Slovan Bratislava the Slovenian specialist won Slovakian Extraliga Championship in 2022.
Denis Bogdanov is a strength and conditioning coach from Khabarovsk, Russia. In 2015 the coach joined the MHL Amurskiye Tigry where he was responsible for off-ice preparation of the players. In 2016 he also worked with the local ice hockey school and with the junior players of the minor junior team Amur-U18. In 2018 Bogdanov started working with the Amur Khabarovsk of the KHL.
Kirill Garifullin is a strength and conditioning coach from Chelyabinsk. Master of Sports in athletics. Before signing with the Traktor Chelyabinsk Garifullin worked with the VHL Chelmet Chelyabinsk in 2020-2023.

Alexei Zavarukhin is a product of the Traktor Ice Hockey School. Zavarukhin began his coaching career with the Belye Medvedi Chelyabinsk of the Junior Hockey League (MHL) as an assistant coach and later was promoted to the head coach position. In 2017/2018 the coach won bronze medals of the MHL with the Belye Medvedi. In the summer of 2021 Zavarukhin joined the coaching staff of the Traktor Chelyabinsk on the position of the analytic coach and helped the team to win KHL bronze medals of the 2021/2022 season.
