Goalies go fishing

The idea was put forth by Traktor’s goalies coach Viktor Demchenko who had decided to interject some fun in their two-week break. All three goalies went to Bolshoy Kremenkul lake where they were fishing for two hours at least. Fokin and Mezin were not new to the process; however, Michael Garnett was not ‘initiated’.
In the beginning Michael let the fish go, but eventually caught some and left it to himself, in the process having a tryout as a cameraman’s job.
The winner of the unofficial Goalies Fishing Cup was Andrey Mezin who immediately proclaimed that since he had caught the most fish, it would propel him to #1 goaltender status in the playoffs.
